If you are ready to turn down the volume on intrusive thoughts, BDD, or BFRBs, I am here to help. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate this alone.
I am happy to answer your questions about virtual therapy in Alberta, my approach, or how to use your insurance benefits.

What Happens Next?
Once you send a message, here is what you can expect:
Initial Reply: I will email you within 1-2 business days to answer your questions and confirm that my services are a good fit for your specific needs.
Owl Portal Access: If we move forward, I will set you up with a private account in Owl Practice, my secure client portal. You will receive an email to activate your account and choose a time for your first 50-minute intake session.
Digital Paperwork: Inside your Owl portal, you will receive a few digital forms to fill out. Completing these forms is required before the first session.
Our First Session: We will meet via the secure, encrypted video link found right inside your Owl portal. We will discuss your symptoms, answer your questions, and come up with a plan to start building your "toolkit" for change.
